Ramon Jaffe studied with Boris Pergamenschikov and David Geringas. He was also a chamber music partner of Sandor Vegh, Yefim Bronfman and others. As a soloist and chamber musician he performed in all of Europe’s important venues and festivals as well as with orchestra such as the Bavaria Radio Orchestra, the RSO and others.

He has founded the Ramon Jaffe Trio which is specialized on the connection of Spanish classical music with Flamenco dance.

Ramon Jaffe is Professor for cello at the Carl Maria von Weber Hochschule in Dresden, Germany and artistic Director of the Hopfgarten Chamber Music Festival in Austria.
