Petr Gladysh is a cellist, as well as a member and soloist of the Orchestra of the S.Richter school of Arts since its foundation. Graduate from the Tschaikovsky State Conservatory of Moscow, he is currently the first cello of the National philharmonic orchestra of Russia. Laureate of numerous international competitions of cello, he is pursuing his studies in orchestra conducting at the State Conservatory of Moscow.

Since September 2014 Peter Gladysh has held post of orchestra principal conductor. Peter Gladysh, majoring in cello, graduated the Richter Children's School of
Arts under the honoured cultural worker of Russia - Alla Gudush. He has been a member and a soloist of the Richter Children's School of Arts Orchestra since the Orchestra was founded. Than Peter Gladysh entered Musical College Named after the Gnessins, majoring in cello, under the honoured cultural worker of Russia - Kuimova Zoya. After that, Peter graduated Tshaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and got post grade degree under People’s Artist of USSR, professor Natalya Shakhovskaya. Nowadays, he continues studying at Tshaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory majoring in conducting under People’s Artist of Russia, professor Valeriy Polyanskiy. Now Gladysh P. is the first cello in the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia headed by Vladimir Spivakov. He is laureate in different international cello contests such as in Italy, Serbia and Latvia
